    • What happens after I place an order?

      You will receive by email a confirmation of the Order, the details of the Order, the payment and a copy of the Terms of Sale. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a further email with details of delivery. These emails will be sent to the contact address provided in your Customer Account.
      The emails will contain a reference number assigned by Paule Ka for your Order. Please make sure that you save the Order Reference for any future enquiries regarding your Order.

    • Why have I not received a confirmation order email?

      If you do not receive any emails from us after placing an order, this may be due to a temporary communication problem in the network or to a spelling mistake in the email address. In both cases, you are advised to contact our Customer Service by either email: serviceclient.eshop@pauleka.com or Phone : 00 33 1 73 01 45 71 .Monday to Friday between 9:30 and 18:00 (CET).

    • Where can I find the details of my order?

      The details of your Order will be available, with those of your prior Orders if any, in the section “My Orders” of your Customer Account.

    • What payment methods do you accept?

      We accept payment by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard and AMEX) only.

    • What currency will my order be in?

      Purchases and shipping costs will be charged in the nominated currency of the shipping destination. United Kingdom = Pound Sterling, Rest of Europe = Euros.

    • What if my payment is refused?

      If the payment is refused by your payment service provider, the Order will be automatically cancelled and the online sale will be terminated. This will immediately be displayed online. You will not receive the acknowledgement of receipt of your Order.

    • Why was my payment method declined at checkout?

      If you receive notification at the checkout that your payment method has been declined, please contact your issuing bank or payment provider. Before doing so we recommend you ensure that:
      The card details or payment information has been entered correctly and your 3 or 4 digit security card is correct.
      Your credit card has not expired.

    • Can I claim a tax refund on my online purchase?

      No, purchases made online cannot be recovered through the VAT Retail Export Scheme.

    • Can I cancel my order?

      All orders can be cancelled. Please contact us within 30 days from the delivery date and follow the instructions in Returns & Cancellations here.

    • How do I place an order?

      Once you have chosen a product, click on the “Add to Cart" button to place this product in your shopping bag. The shopping bag will contain the reference of the selected product, its name, size, colour and price. You may then decide to continue shopping for other products and add them to your shopping bag (subject to availability and quantity limits) or proceed to “Checkout”. You may also remove one or several products you have selected in the Shopping Bag.

      You will then be invited to log into your account on the website. If you are placing an order for the first time, you will first need to open a customer account and provide the personal information necessary to process the order and the delivery of the product(s). You warrant that all personal information given to Paule Ka is true and correct. Please refer to our Terms of Use for more details about how and how long we may use or keep your personal information.

      Then, complete your order by selecting a delivery mode, delivery address and billing address; these must be located in one of the countries we deliver to. You will be invited to review the selection of products, their total price (including delivery costs and taxes) and information regarding delivery. At this stage, you will be able to correct any errors and/or modify your order.

      When you have completely reviewed your order, first check the box next to “I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions” to indicate your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Sale and then,click on the “Place order now” button on the Website to place your order. Follow the instructions on the secure payment server in order to pay.

    • What are the shipping options?

      France: Standard shipping 2 to 4 workind days

      Zone 1: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Luxembourg, Netherlands, United Kingdom
      Standard shipping: 5 to 7 working days
      Express shipping: 3 to 5 working days

      Zone 2: Finland, Ireland, Italy, Portugal and Zone 3: Cyprus, Estonia, Malta, Slovakia and Slovenia

    • Do you charge per weight for shipping?

      Shipping is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your order.

    • What countries do you ship to?

      Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France (Except Overseas Departments and Territories), Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, UK and Germany.

    • Can I collect my order in store?

      No, we do not currently offer a "Click & Collect" service, you must choose a home or office delivery address for your order.

    • Do you ship to PO Boxes or Freight Forwarding addresses?

      Unfortunately we do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or P.O Boxes.

    • Is tracking available for deliveries?

      Yes, you can view the status of your order in "My Orders" section in your account online.

    • How are shipping costs calculated?

      Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service have been selected.

    • When do you deliver?

      Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we recommend your order is delivered to a work address rather than a home address. Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.

    • What if I am not in when my order is delivered?

      If you are not in when your order arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery. We recommend your order is delivered to a work address rather than a home address.

    • How much will shipping be?

      France: Free Express shipping

    • My order has not arrived yet

      Please refer to your confirmation of dispatch email that will have a link to track your order. If you need further assistance please contact our customer service team on serviceclient.eshop@pauleka.com.

    • I have received a faulty item

      We recommend that you examine the packaging and Product(s) contained inside the parcel for any signs of damage upon receipt. If you receive Product(s) that are damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us at serviceclient.eshop@pauleka.com or 00 33 1 73 01 45 71 . You should return any Product(s) to us at:

      as soon as reasonably practicable after informing us that Product is damaged or has been incorrectly supplied.

      We will refund the amount you paid, plus standard return delivery costs, or provide you with replacement Product(s) (if requested by you).

    • I want to return an item(s) I have ordered

      Please complete the returns form that you will find in the section "My Orders" in your customer account. Please complete this form and submit it by clicking on the "Submit" button.

      You may also notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through any other unequivocal statement to that effect by contacting us at serviceclient.eshop@pauleka.com or 00 33 1 73 01 45 71 .

      You must return the product(s) unused and undamaged, including all related labels, accessories, parts, branded packaging and protective covers, so that we can offer them for sale again. Where possible, we also ask you to return any unbranded packaging, protective covers and boxes (as applicable) with the product(s).

      You must do so without undue delay and not later than fourteen (14) days from the day you notified your decision to return the product(s).

      Reimbursement will be processed within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your Return Form or Return Notification; provided that we have received the returned product(s).

    • What is your returns policy?

      You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return your product without having to state any reason for doing so. The return procedure can be found in your email order confirmation and in the section "My Orders" of your customer account online.

    • Can I return an item I bought online in one of your stores?

      Unfortunately you cannot return an item you bought online to one of our Paule Ka stores. Please follow the returns procedure that you will find either in your order email confirmation or in the section "order history" of your customer account online.

    • Will you refund my return shipping costs?

      Return costs are free: we include a Colissimo prepaid return label in all orders.

    • Have you received my returned items?

      Your refund will be processed within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your Return Form or Return Notification; provided that we have received the returned Product(s). You will not receive a confirmation email when we have received your product but if you have sent your product accordingly to the returns guidelines you should see your refund in your account within 14 days.

    • I have been refunded the incorrect amount

      Please contact customer services at serviceclient.eshop@pauleka.com or 00 33 1 73 01 45 71 with your order reference number, which can be found in your "My Orders" on your customer account page, or on your Order Confirmation email.

    • I want to exchange a product

      We are sorry but we do not offer exchanges online. For our refund policy please click here.
